A credit business is set to move a 300-strong team to a Cardiff office building previously occupied as a contact centre for a multinational energy company. The deal is expected to be one of the largest lettings this year as well as being the biggest out of town letting for several years. The firm, which also has offices in Cardiff Bay, Dublin, and London, is moving its main operation from Caerphilly Business Park to the 50,000 sq ft Ty Meridian office building at Cardiff Gate Business Park.
