It was great to join fellow members of the Bristol Property Agents Association to celebrate the incredible contribution of outgoing President Hannah Waterhouse 👏 — thank you for your leadership, energy and commitment over the past year.

Burston Cook complete on the largest out of town deal in Cardiff

A credit business is set to move a 300-strong team to a Cardiff office building previously occupied as a contact centre for a multinational energy company. The deal is expected to be one of the largest lettings this year as well as being the biggest out of town letting for several years.  Burston Cook represented Creditsafe, which has more than 40,000 business customers in the UK providing services helping them to navigate financial, procurement and compliance risks.  The firm, which also has offices in Cardiff Bay, Dublin, and London, is moving its main operation from Caerphilly Business Park to the 50,000 sq ft Ty Meridian office building at Cardiff Gate Business Park.

10,000 sq ft office rent review in Clifton – We have recently settled a major rent review on an office building in Clifton comprising over 10,000 sq ft, securing a 14.3% increase on behalf of the landlord.

37,000 sq ft Grade A office rent review in BS1 – Acting for Immediate Media, we have recently agreed a large rent review saving the client over £500,000 in rent over a five-year period.

Lease Renewal in Clifton Village – Acting for a landlord, we have completed a lease renewal to a national estate agency in Clifton Village securing key long term rental income for the landlord.

Bristol Businesses Beats Cancer – We donated to and supported this wonderful event and charity auction, helping raise over £20,000.

Great Western Air Ambulance Charity: In memory of Sam Polledri – We donated to this important charity raising over £1,000 in honour of local Bristol Rugby star Sam Polledri.

Bristol Rotary  –BC are delighted to support Bristol Breakfast Rotary in their annual Golf competition to help raise £3,772 for Bristol charities.

Normandy Veterans – We continue our strong support of the Normandy Veterans in 2024. Securing for them their new monument in Castle Park in time for the 80th anniversary.

We have recently sold a 1 Acre city centre industrial site, which forms part of the Frome Gateway and will eventually be redeveloped. We had acquired for a longstanding client for their own business use over 10 years ago, and the sale of the site has facilitated change and development within their business.
