Bristol Centre of Reproductive Medicine

Acquisition on behalf of BCRM to 135 Aztec West who relocated from Southmead Hospital, into a self-contained building/new medical centre of approx. 13,500 sq ft.

The North Bristol Hospital

Acquisition of 150 Aztec West, of c 5,000 sq ft on behalf of EP Surgical who relocated their team from The Spire opening their new hospital last year.
