Mandik expand into new offices on Aztec West

Jayne Rixon of Burston Cook has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a tremendous support throughout the acquisition of our new premises.

As this was my first experience of a large commercial move, the process initially felt quite daunting. Jayne guided me through every step with an incredibly calm and reassuring approach. Her knowledge, expertise and guidance were exceptional, and she successfully negotiated favourable terms for our business, always keeping our best interests at heart.

Jayne was consistently available to answer my questions, explain the finer details and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Her professionalism and expertise made what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward and manageable.

It’s almost bittersweet that the process is now complete and that we won’t have a reason to work together again for some time! Jayne, you have been an absolute star, and your support has been very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone navigating a commercial property move.
