City Centre Office Sale

I write to document my experiences of dealing with Burston Cook  over a period of some eleven years. As a new comer to investing in commercial property BC’s  advice and guidance has been invaluable.

When Covid hit, my tenant served notice and I was astonished, given the desperate times we were in, that a replacement tenant was found in a matter of weeks at a much higher rental.  Similarly when the tenant decided to vacate last year and I decided to sell the property, Burston Cook found a purchaser within a month and secured a handsome price.

I cannot praise their professionalism and quality of advice highly enough.
