Acquisition of super prime office space at EQ for Birketts
Birketts instructed Burston Cook to find the perfect space in Bristol for our 7th office. Our brief was for 6-8,000 sq.ft within a 10-minute walk (preferably 5 minutes) of Temple Meads station in a building that would shout “we’ve arrived”. Burston Cook were incredibly efficient in choosing a shortlist of properties that allowed all options to be viewed in one day. While all were of a very high standard there was a standout option, the EQ building. We can not thank them enough and their negotiation skills with the landlord were particularly welcome.
