Acquisition of 7,390 sq of super Prime / Grade A space for Birketts solicitors at EQ

Wards Solicitors – office acquisition of 7,239 sq ft in the Prudential Building, BS1

Gympanzees – 38,000 sq ft on 14 acres for their new “State of the Art Centre” for children and young adults with disabilities.

Ghyston – Office acquisition of 8,369 sq ft in Programme BS1, for expansion.

Barcan + Kirby Solicitors – Relocation of their new city centre HQ to Prince House.
