David Burston has had 25 years experience in both private practice and corporate
estate management, the corporate experience having been gained in his role as
Deputy Estates Manager of Imperial Group Plc handling all property matters relating
to the group and its subsidiaries throughout the UK and Ireland.
Since leaving the Imperial Group in 1986 and setting up his own practice, David
has been based in Bristols City Centre specialising in all aspects of
commercial property on behalf of clients UK wide.
The range of work involves acquisition and disposal of motor trade premises,
industrial, shops and offices, commercial valuations, Landlord & Tenant
Act negotiations, rating advice, property development and planning advice.
Julian
Cook - FRICS - Partner
Julian Cook has had 15 years experience in the south west commercial property
market specialising in the disposal, letting and acquisition of commercial property
throughout the region.
Having set up his own practice in 1992, Julian joined forces with David Burston
in 1995.
With an excellent understanding of the commercial property market in the region,
Julian also has an extensive involvement in the disposal and acquisition of
property investments and commercial property development for a wide variety
of clients.
Julian also undertakes Landlord and Tenant negotiations and commercial property
valuations on behalf of banks, corporate and private clients.
Jayne
Rixon MRICS

Jayne Rixon, prior to joining Burston Cook, worked within the Agency Department
of another Bristol practice, during which time she gained extensive experience
in Bristols commercial property market, handling a number of major instructions
throughout the city.
Jayne joined Burston Cook 8 years ago to specialise in office, retail and industrial
agency handling the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property on
behalf of a variety of local, national and corporate clients throughout the
region.
Jayne also undertakes landlord and Tenant Act negotiations throughout Bristol.
