Bristol Property Agents to get on their bikes

Bristol property agents are taking to the roads of North Somerset to raise funds for charities. A total of 202 property agents, their friends and families have signed up to take part in the first Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) Cyclosportive on September 22.

UWE Graduate Collects Inaugural Award from BPPA

Jayne Rixon, Partner at Burston Cook and President of the BPPA, presented Shahid Hussain with the first Bristol Property Agents’
Association’s (BPAA) Student of the Year award.

Burston Cook Helps The Jelf Group Expand

The Jelf Group has acquired new premises at Hillside House, 1500 Bristol Parkway North in
Stoke Gifford, Bristol. The move, scheduled for mid July, is a testament to the Group’s
phenomenal growth and its success as one of the UK’s leading insurance and financial
intermediaries.

Burston Cook Support Children's Hospice South West

The ladies of Burston Cook are delighted to announce that they took part in the recent Midnight Memory Walk to raise funds for Children's Hospice South West.  Our aim was to raise £500 as a team and it is with huge thanks to our clients, colleagues, friends and family that we are able to announce that we doubled that by raising £1,000.  You can see a photo of the team taken at the end of the walk, complete with our medals and ready for bed!

Burston Cook Wins National Property Award for Second Year Running

We are delighted to announce that having been awarded the Estate Gazette's Most Active Local Agent in 2008, we retained this award for a second year in 2009.  The award is judged on the number of commercial property transactions successfully handled by the practice throughout the Bristol area .  Click on the link below to see the Office Agency Team being presented with the award.

Burston Cook secures new restaurant tenant on Whiteladies Road

Since the closure of Quatier Vert on Whiteladies Road in Clifton, the local dining scene has missed a much loved quality restaurant.  Burston Cook has secured a new restaurant operator, Penfolds, to occupy the premises to ensure that Bristol's residents continue to have a high standard of choice.
